What challenges were you facing in your offices?
Since Personio opened in Madrid a few years ago, our sales and customer service teams have grown a lot. We needed more quiet spaces for customer calls, because our office is an open-plan environment.
How many workstations do you have?
In Madrid, we have 148 fixed workstations and 18 Work With Island pods.
How did the team react to this new tool?
The pods were very well received, especially by the sales and customer service teams. They now work in a quiet, isolated space dedicated to their calls. Overall, the arrival of the pods improved productivity and well-being across the office.

Very positive. The team installed the pods smoothly, with minimal disruption for our staff.
What do you think of the pods themselves?
The ventilation and lighting are very well designed. And as you can see, the design fits perfectly with the look and feel of our Madrid office.
