In this interview, Estela Sánchez, People Business Manager, explains how Work With Island acoustic pods have transformed daily life in their Madrid headquarters, offering flexibility and excellent sound isolation for calls and meetings.

Can you introduce yourself?

I’m Estela Sánchez, People Business Manager and Onboarding Specialist at Seedtag. One of my main responsibilities is managing our headquarters here in Madrid.

What was the main issue in your offices?

With our rapid growth, lack of space became the biggest challenge. The acoustic pods were the right solution to optimise our office and make it more flexible.

How did you decide to install acoustic pods?

We chose to install pods because the office is an open space and we wanted to give employees more privacy for calls and meetings.

How have the pods improved your workspace?

The pods have helped a lot. They free up our large meeting rooms and allow people to take quick or impromptu calls. If a pod is free, employees can use it instantly.

How did the order and installation go?

The installation was perfect from the start. Communication with the supplier about the installation date was excellent. The team was very professional on site. What was supposed to take two days ended up taking only one, and everything was done perfectly.

What do you think of our pods?

We really like their design, lighting and ventilation. They fit our needs very well. We also appreciate how they look in the office because they blend perfectly with our workspace environment.
