The Context
The French Football Federation (FFF) wanted to redesign its Parisian offices. The goal? To adapt to new working methods. No relocation, but a complete modernisation. The focus is on collaboration and well-being.

The Need
The FFF was looking for a tailor-made solution. They needed a place to bring teams together and embody the "club" spirit. The project also had to be responsible. Reducing the environmental footprint was an absolute priority.
The Solution
Yemanja designed three key zones:
- La Ferveur (Fervour): To boost interactions.
- Le Focus (Focus): Open but quiet spaces.
- La Familiarité (Familiarity): A design that recalls the FFF's identity.
Eco-design guided everything: reused furniture, local sourcing, and waste monitoring. Result: 20 tonnes of CO₂ avoided.
Work With Island booths play a key role here.
They naturally complement the "focus" zones and also help to structure the layout: by placing two booths back-to-back, new quiet micro-zones are easily created in the heart of the open-plan area.

Who is Yemanja?
Yemanja is a B Corp certified office design studio, which designs tailor-made work environments combining ergonomics, identity, and sustainability.
Why does Yemanja work with Work With Island?
It was a first collaboration with the FFF. For this project, eco-responsibility was not an option; it was the rule.
Made in France above all
The choice of Work With Island was a natural fit.
- Local manufacturing: This is the number one reason. Producing in France reduces the carbon impact. This was crucial for Yemanja and for the Federation.
- Quality / Price: The budget is respected, without sacrificing durability.
- Effective design: The FFF offices are colourful and lively. The minimalist design of the WWI booths balances things out. They integrate everywhere.
- Speed: The short delivery times allowed the project to move quickly.
