What is WEFY Group?

WEFY Group is a generalist HR consulting firm. We support startups, SMEs and large companies across three main areas: recruitment, freelancing and interim management.

What is your role in the company?

Beyond my role as co-founder, I also lead the Group team and the support functions, including HR. I work closely with the teams every day, which makes me very attentive to the work environment we create. My goal is to make sure people have a calm and comfortable workspace so they can perform at their best.

What was your situation before buying pods?

We always wanted a comfortable work environment. That’s why we invested a lot of energy into creating warm common areas and dynamic open spaces. But over time, we realised we lacked more private, quiet workspaces.
