What is the minimum lease duration?
The standard duration is 60 months, offering the most advantageous monthly payments (from 93€/month). We also offer plans over 24, 36 or 60 months with pricing adjusted to your needs.
How does the 100-day trial period work?
For any first order, you have 100 days to test the booth. If you are not satisfied, we take it back with a full refund including all costs (delivery, installation, uninstallation). This period applies to one booth on your first order.
What happens at the end of the lease contract?
Three options are available to you: (1) Buy back the equipment for a symbolic €1 per order and become the owner, (2) Renew the contract with new models to benefit from the latest innovations, (3) Simple return if you no longer need it.
What is the delivery and installation lead time?
We guarantee delivery within 20 days across Europe thanks to our European manufacturing. Installation is carried out by our specialist technicians in under an hour per booth, minimising disruption to your work environment.
Can the booths be moved in the event of a reorganisation?
Yes, this is a major advantage of our booths. Despite their robustness (275 to 517.5 kg depending on the model), they are designed to be dismantled and reassembled easily. In the event of a move or space reorganisation, you can relocate your booths without requiring a complete dismantling.
What maintenance is required for the booths?
Annual preventive maintenance is recommended to guarantee optimal performance, particularly for intensively used models. Our after-sales service offers maintenance contracts including ventilation checks, filter cleaning and connectivity inspection.
Is leasing tax-efficient?
Yes, leasing monthly payments are integrated into your current operating expenses, allowing an immediate tax deduction. Unlike purchasing, which requires depreciation over several years, leasing optimises your tax position while preserving your investment capacity.
What is the difference between Light Edition and Dark Edition?
Both editions offer exactly the same acoustic and technical performance. The difference is purely aesthetic: Light Edition in white, Dark Edition in black. Both are available at the same price with no additional charge.
Are the booths truly eco-responsible?
Yes, Work With Island has been B Corp certified since 2025. Our booths are manufactured 100% in Europe using eco-responsible materials, notably Le Métisse, an insulator made from recycled denim. Our modular design allows repair and reuse, in line with a circular economy approach.
