Do you offer office phone booths for rent?
Yes, our booths are available for long-term rental, from 24 to 60 months. Monthly fees start at €68 excl. VAT for an Island Solo, with a €1 buyout option at the end of the contract.
Do I need to do construction work to install a booth in an open space?
No work required. Installation takes about 30 minutes and only needs a standard 220V outlet. The booth can be moved or dismantled later as your space evolves.
How can I involve employees in the process?
Hold regular update meetings, share the timeline, and gather feedback on their needs (spaces, equipment, flex office). Involving teams early reduces resistance and helps them embrace the new workspace.
What's the difference between your four acoustic booth models?
Our four models differ by use case. The Island Solo is designed for quick calls and video meetings while standing. The Island Desk accommodates longer seated work sessions. The Island Duo is built for one-on-one conversations or small meetings. The Island Quattro hosts team meetings of up to four people. Pricing varies by size and capacity.
Are your booths really made in France?
Yes, all our booths are manufactured in France (Vendée), with Origine France Garantie certification and B Corp 2025. Materials are also sustainably sourced: PEFC-certified wood, Métisse insulation (recycled textiles, around 40 pairs of jeans per Island Solo), and recycled tempered glass.
Can I try a booth before buying?
Yes, through our 19 showrooms across Europe (9 in France) where you can test them in real conditions. For first-time orders, Work With Island also offers a 100-day satisfaction guarantee with free returns.
